WHERE IS THE DELFINO HOTEL LOCATED?

The Hotel Delfino is located directly on the sandy beach of Procchio, 10 km away from Portoferraio.

Procchio is a small town with all services: post office, pharmacy, bank, tobacconist, newsagent, supermarket, bars, restaurants and shops.

 

WHAT ARE THE DIRECTIONS TO REACH YOU?

Once in Portoferraio, take the road to Marciana and/or Marciana Marina; after about 10 kilometers you will arrive in Procchio; in the center of the town you will find a petrol station on your left;

after the petrol station, on your right you will find the main entrance of the Hotel Delfino.

 

IS THE HOTEL LOCATED IN THE ZTL AREA?

Yes, all our guests have the right to transit in the restricted traffic zone, from the day of arrival until the day of departure, simply communicate the license plate of your vehicle at reception.

 

WHERE ARE THE STENELLA ROOMS LOCATED?

Our Stenella rooms are located 50 meters from the main body of the hotel, still on the pedestrian street.

 

WHERE ARE THE ANNEXES LOCATED?

Our annexes are located within the hotel garden.

 

IS THE HOTEL NEAR THE SEA?

We are on the sea of the Gulf of Procchio.

 

WHAT TYPE OF BEACH DOES THE GULF OF PROCCHIO HAVE?

The Gulf of Procchio has a golden sandy beach, suitable for all families, with a low water level for several metres.

 

DO YOU HAVE BEACH SERVICE?

Yes, we offer our guests, included in the price of the stay*, the beach service at the Il Delfino bathing establishment (excluding the first three rows) which is located a few steps from the Hotel, in the center of the wonderful fine sandy beach of the Gulf of Procchio.

The beach service is available from 10:00 am on the day of arrival until 7:00 pm on the day before departure.

On the day of departure the beach service is subject to a fee.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO REQUEST THE FIRST ROW FOR THE BEACH SERVICE?

It is not possible to request the first three rows of umbrellas, not even by paying a supplement, as they are already reserved for private customers of the bathing establishment.

 

WHAT SERVICES ARE PRESENT IN YOUR BATHING ESTABLISHMENT?

In addition to the possibility of relaxing under the umbrella, comfortably lying on the sunbeds, the establishment is equipped with many comforts: private cabins, changing rooms, cold and hot showers, foot wash, private bathrooms, services for the disabled, inflatable storage as well as an outdoor reading corner. 'shadow.

 

ARE PETS ACCEPTED?

Our entire structure (main building, annex and Stenella) cannot accommodate pets of any size, same rule also in our beach establishment.

 

WHAT TREATMENT DOES YOUR RESTAURANT OFFER?

In our restaurant we offer you:Buffet breakfast with a variety of sweet and savory options, fresh fruit and self-service cafeteria.

Dinner with appetizer and dessert served at the table and a three-choice menu.

One typical dinner per week.

It is possible to choose between 2 options: room and breakfast or half board (breakfast and dinner, drinks excluded).

 

DO YOU ALSO HAVE FULL BOARD?

No, we offer half board service, i.e. breakfast and dinner.

 

IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE LUNCH IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT?

Our restaurant is closed for lunch. It will be possible to have lunch comfortably in our snack bar inside the Il Delfino bathing establishment, with proposals for cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, fruit salads, ice creams, etc. Alternatively, next to the establishment, there is the Dolphin Bay seafront restaurant which will offer our guests a 10% discount on the service used, open for lunch and dinner.

 

IS THE HOTEL DELFINO RESTAURANT INDOOR OR OUTSIDE?

Our restaurant is located inside the hotel with an air-conditioned environment.

 

IF YOU DO NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A BOOKED SERVICE (BREAKFAST, DINNER OR BEACH SERVICE) ON A FEW DAYS, WILL IT BE DEDUCTED FROM THE AMOUNT OF YOUR STAY?

Services booked during the booking phase and not used cannot be refunded.

 

IS YOUR KITCHEN EQUIPPED FOR FOOD INTOLERANCES?

We do not have specialized cuisine for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, lactose intolerants, gluten intolerants and various types of intolerances and allergies such as garlic, onion, parsley etc.

 

WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED FOR NEWBORNS?

For newborns in a cot/camping bed, meals are to be considered included in the same treatment as their parents (half board). We have a menu dedicated to newborns. We do not guarantee meals not mentioned in the baby menu.

Fresh milk for breakfast and hot milk 24 hours a day.

High chair, bib, cutlery and plastic cups are available.

Bed rail available on request.

No, we do not have this service. We suggest using the bus service or car/scooter rental near our hotel, or a private taxi.

Yes, included in the services for our guests there is also private parking for cars and motorbikes.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY DISCOUNT CODE FOR THE FERRY?

Our guests, who have booked directly, will receive a link with the discount code for the ferry already entered, following receipt of the co-signed deposit.

We do not accept payments by check.

Payments accepted for the balance: cash, bank transfer, debit card and Visa – Mastercard credit card.

 

HOW DOES THE BOOKING HAPPEN?

By paying a deposit of 20% of the total booking.

 

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN?

For hotel rooms and Stenella check-in starts from 3pm.

For the Dependances, Apartments and Exclusives check-in starts from 4pm.

If the rooms are ready early, we will gladly accommodate you.
