We truly value the fact that our food is prepared with local fresh ingredients.
We are firm believers in Economy for the Common Good and it is for this reason we choose our suppliers right here on the island in order to do our part in helping local business as well as to avoid the long-distance transportation of the products we need.
We also choose our purchases carefully so that we consume as little plastic as possible, thus keeping waste under control in the kitchen and throughout the hotel.
You won’t find any disposable products at breakfast. Yoghurt, fruit juices, cereals, natural and sparkling water are all set on the buffet table in special dispensers.
We do not have a specialized kitchen for vegetarians, vegans, celiacs, lactose intolerant, gluten intolerances and allergies of various kinds such as garlic, onion, parsley etc.
