Furnished in a minimalist wooden style, it features two large panoramic sliding windows, independent dual air conditioning, a master bedroom with a four-poster double bed, and a second bedroom with two single beds.

The room is equipped with blackout curtains, a bathroom with shower, hairdryer, 32-inch TV, mini fridge, electronic safe, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

A large private seafront outdoor area offers breathtaking views over the Gulf of Procchio.

Please note: if the Exclusive Beachfront Room is booked for two guests during the high season, the rate will be calculated based on three adult occupancies (infants excluded).

The Exclusive Beachfront Rooms are located approximately 50 metres from Hotel Delfino, behind the private beach establishment, in a privileged location just a few steps from the beach.

Please note that there is no lift and no porter service available.
