They feature outdoor space (ground floor only) or a balcony (first floor), furnishings crafted in Elba-style bleached oak wood with a minimalist design, independent air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, microwave oven, small refrigerator, cookware set, cutlery, glasses, and accessories, kettle, dishwasher, and washing machine. Additional amenities include an ironing board with iron, king-size beds, soundproof French doors, blackout curtains, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, 32-inch TV, tiled flooring, and Wi-Fi internet.
